HAS ANY one ever heard of Resurgent Capital Services. they are located at 80 Holtz Drive Buffalo New York 14225. this company is also in connection with Creditors Interchange also at the same address. if any one have heard of either company please let me know. sincerly William S

I just got a call from them today. Google the name. They are in the business of buying debts well over 7 years old and trying to collect even after the credit agencies have charged off the debts. They also are pulling some sort of credit card scam and trying to collect debts that people don't really owe.
Be very careful dealing with these people.
www.ftc.gov - to file a complaint about the company if they are harassing you.

Creditors Interchange is a debt buyer in Buffalo. If you are being contacted by them they more then likely have purchased as past due account they has been charged off from the origonal creditor. This is still a valid debt even though the account has been sold and a different name is now appearing on your credit report. If you have paid or setteled this is the past fax or mail them your proof of payment along with a letter showing that the account has been paid and closed as a zero balance.
